What are the magic key-words to use to optimize your UN Field Technology application

The UN Secretariat works constantly to improve its recruitment system. Internal sources also indicate that UNDP may be switching from its own recruitment system to Inspira. In this article, we share what words you should use in your application to optimize the auto-filtering results used to filter the high amount of applications.
Below table contains the keywords that the United Nations are looking for in applications for the Field Technology roles. We recommend applicants to use these words as frequently as possible in all text-fields in the application, as it will increase your scoring results.

What is a UN roster? In most cases, a roster is defined as  a list of pre-assessed and endorsed candidates that can be hired for similar positions without a new competitive process. Often these rosters are established in two different ways: Rosters built based on a dedicated campaign.
