ERRATIC MUSINGS OF PAIN

When I marry and get a son,
And my life is spared through his growth,
By Allah Almighty, the Creator of the Sun...
I'll tell him the lessons I was taught By life and the sleepless nights I had borne.

He will learn himself that fire burns
And the excruciating pains of threading thorns..
He will explore many waters himself,
But the ocean of love,he must be cautioned against.

A serious issue,i will deeply delve...
Son,In your teens now,you must learn restraint,
For with restraint comes strength,
To be at bay with malicious intents.

Love,My son,I will continue, Is an ocean of unending anguish,
Where jealousy and selfishness flourish,
Fall into it and forever languish,
In pains and sorrows till your life's through.

To love,My son,is to will to share,
Your heart,with another,to form a pair.
But rejected,you'll be in despair,
In a trauma,that won't easily wear.

In a relationship and all seems fair,
You two,a jealous sight to your peers,
You two,look the perfect pair,
But in truth, doom is lurking near...

Tread with care and don't make my mistake,
Take no relationship serious...
Only with Allah The Most Gracious,
Fondness shown to you are mostly fake.

Love no one,but show all care,
Don't be obliged to reciprocate.
Even when they are in tears...
The feeling is passing...They will soon abdicate.

To become mean,is not what i mean,
Cuddle them and wipe their tears...
Make friends and always be there,
Just close your heart and let no one in.

What I fear for you is the pains i've felt,
The helpnessness that make you wish death.
When deserted it may sabotage your health... For your love will leave with parts of you,in stealth...

This is not a promise or a threat,
It is the fate most lovers have met...
Just be patient and you'll do great,
Destiny will come to you,if you keep faith.

  2. Encouraging for a protégé. But your son could succeed where you've failed: love being one of them. The destinies differ even though this is an expression of your feelings in writing.

Prayers

Supplication: "O You who Reveal Beauty" From the un-obligatory litanies (al-Awrad Ghayr Lazima) of the Ahmediya Tijaniya order is the morning and noon recitation of the supplication of "O You who Reveal Beauty and Conceal Ugly Things." Our Master, the Concealed Pole and Seal of Mohammedian sainthood, Sidna Shaykh Abil Abbas Mawlana Ahmed b. Mohammed Tijani (may Allah flow upon us from his wide, deep ocean with the best of arcane secrets and sciences and illuminations and understandings and gnosis and love and gratification and greatness) recited the supplication 40 times a day. An additional option is to read four times the supplication subsequent to each obligatory prayer. The venerated Khalifa Sidi Abul Hassan Ali Harazem Berrada al-Fasi (d. 1212/1797) reports in "Jawahir al-Maani wa-Bulugh al-Amani fi Fayd Shaykh Sidi Abil Abbas at-Tijani” (Gems of Indications and Attainment of Aspirations in the Overflowings of Sidi Abil Abbas Tijani) that this supplicatio...

What is a UN roster process?

What is a UN roster? In most cases, a roster is defined as  a list of pre-assessed and endorsed candidates that can be hired for similar positions without a new competitive process. Often these rosters are established in two different ways: Rosters built based on a dedicated campaign. In this case, organizations are advertising a generic position, it could be a  Chief of Operations and Resource Management, D-1  with the purpose to be able to assess and place several talents in a roster to meet forecasted demand. If your organization’s rosters are built up this way, it is important to invest resources in outreach to not risk missing out on strong talents. The other way rosters are established is related to the recruitments for individual jobs. The organization interview four talents for the Chief of Operations and Resource Management position but only one can be selected. If more than one talent is recommended by the panel, the alternate candidates can be placed o...
